Pearce Williams has year round facilities for rent to school groups, businesses, organizations and families. We have accommodations for day use and overnight stays of up to 200 people. We have an optional catering service for meals, or facilities to prepare your own.

Enjoy walking our 7km of trails and many acres of free space for activities. In winter there are areas for tobogganing. In summer, the use of the camp pool is available for an additional fee. End your day with a cozy outdoor campfire, or in cooler temperatures, build a warming glow in one of the indoor fireplaces.

180 acres of fun, nestled amongst farmland and rolling hills, once a farm, now a year round centre. The site includes 3 cabin sleeping areas, 2 heated portables, a dining hall, long house, pool, washrooms, Pearce Hall, Creativity Barn, 45 acres of wood lots, 7 kms of marked trails, playing fields and lots more! Pearce Hall

Description:

This large meeting hall is located slightly away from the main core area. This building can be used to tent around, and for day events. Portables are located just south of Pearce Hall and provide sleeping quarters for overnight rentals of Pearce Hall, also called our Secondary Camp.

Capacity:

Chairs only 150 people, Tables & Chairs 150 people

Portables

Description:

Located next to Pearce Hall (see above), there are two portables for sleeping.

Capacity:

Two rooms in each portable, sleeping 12 in each room. Total capacity is 48 persons.

  • All bunks are adult size
  • No washrooms

Longhouse

Description:

This large meeting hall overlooks some of the beautiful rolling hills and farmland that comprise part of the 180 acre site at PWCC.

Capacity:

Seating for 100-125 people

Cabins

Description:

PWCC has three cabins. One cabin is a winterized building. All cabins are fully accessible by wheelchair. Other cabins are seasonal (June - September).

Capacity:

Each cabin sleeps 40 people

  • Each cabin is divided into 6 rooms.
  • All bunks are adult size

Dining Hall

Description:

UPPER LEVEL:
Large, fully equipped dining area. Two washrooms, and a wheelchair accessible bedroom with bathroom.

LOWER LEVEL:
Heated lounge/meeting room with couches and chairs.

Farm House

Description:

UPPER LEVEL:
This century old farmhouse  has 4 breakout meeting rooms. The adjoining dormitory (pictured) has several rooms (6) with bunk beds with  mattresses (bedding not supplied).

LOWER LEVEL:
Main washrooms/showers. The lower house is where the Pearce Williams office is located.
