Notes:

• Fire pits are available for cookouts.
• Teachers are responsible for the supervision of their students during lunch hour.
• Schools are to provide their own food and snacks during a Day Program.

Pearce Williams outdoor education provides unique opportunities to explore new ideas and new environments. Our philosophy guides people towards sound environmental ethics and positive personal relationships, all in an atmosphere of fun and fellowship. We will strive to create an experience for your participants that will compliment your work at school. Our instructors are well trained and experienced in adventure experiential facilitation and are committed to what they do.

The school programming is done in a rotation format with rotations being approximately 1 1/2 hour and are experiential in nature. The program rotations consist of a number of different adventure-based activities that may include:

Spring Day Program

• $16.50 per student + HST
  Minimum 20 students (call if less)
• Teachers/Parents/Chaperones - Free
• No meals provided

Spring One Night

• $47.50 per student + HST
  Minimum 25 students (call if less)
• Teachers/Parents/Chaperones - $23 + HST
• Includes meals & snacks except for first day lunch

Spring Two Nights

• $90 per student + HST
  Minimum 25 students (call if less)
• Teachers/Parents/Chaperones - $45 + HST
• Includes meals & snacks except for lunch on first day

Fall/Winter School Programming

• Our fall/winter programming is custom designed for your school and your needs
• Basic Cost is $24 per student + HST for day program
• Teachers/Parents/Chaperones - Free
• No meals for the day program

Fall/Winter Overnights (Sept - April)

• Custom Programs for your school
• $70 per day per student + HST
• Teachers & Leaders $30 per day + HST
• All meals included except lunch on day one.

Leadership Training Day Program

• Custom Leadership program for your class - this is an introduction to leadership & teambuilding
• Basic Cost is $30 per student + HST.
• Overnight program is recommended for leadership training sessions.

Leadership Training Overnight Program

• This is a custom designed program based on your needs and wants.  It can focus on portions of the leadership curriculum or be more flexible.
• Add $15 per student to the overnight fees if leadership is your program of choice.
